The first of the Punjab pop-ups to promote the cookbook. The menu displayed the wide range of Punjabi dishes and was met with rave reviews. I remain amazed that in this city, which has several Indian eateries on offer, guests clamber to Indian food events. I'm thrilled of course, and curries were very much a part of my upbringing and my father's mastery of them ensured I got some of the know-how from having tasted the levels of tastiness that a curry can reach.
