THE PUNJAB POP-UP II
November sees 3 Punjab events featuring dishes from my cookbook. The feedback has been superb so far with guests loving the food. Proud of the Punjab, proud of how this cookbook came to be.

About the event
The menu is extensive and features different categories of the cookbook.
We begin with 3 small starters, served with spicy tomato sauce and mint, yoghurt mayonniase dip.
Tanoori chicken wings, crushed potatoes & vegetable pakoras.
The 2nd course is a masterpiece of culinary balances: Curry Pakora. Chickpea curry gravy with an onion pakora, served with a slice of roti.
The main course features the famed Butter chicken. Meatball masala and Fish kofta masala, sides of Green bean and potato masala and Baked spiced cauliflower, spiced rice and served with apricot chutney.
Dessert takes us across the world to Italy for Persimmon tiramisu. (You'll have to buy the book to find out why it's in the cookbook, and why it should be).
