Choppy ride back to Pakbara pier from KOH LIPE. Then long bus ride to the airport. But we had some hours to kill. We hopped into a cab and went to Hat Yai's floating market. Although nothing was floating when we got there.
So much food to choose from, but I'm fussy and narrowed it down to a bowl of soup that was one of the best noodle soups I have ever had. the clarity of the broth and it's gentle intensity was like supping on a piece of home.
